Find the beat

Use a metronome, music, or something with a rhythm. Try to do one rep for each “beat” and keep a steady pace
for the entire workout. Perform 10-30 reps of each exercise.

  • Standing Lean Overs,
  • Kettlebell Cycle Rows,
  • Pullups,
  • Wide Push-Ups,
  • Jumping Jacks,
  • Side Lunges,
  • Side Crunches,
  • Kettlebell Two-hand Swings,
  • Swiss Ball Supermen,
  • Offset Push-Ups,
  • 8-Count Bodybuilders,
  • Walking Lunges,
