Find the beat
Use a metronome, music, or something with a rhythm. Try to do one rep for each “beat” and keep a steady pace
for the entire workout. Perform 10-30 reps of each exercise.

- Pullups,
- Wide Push-Ups,
- Jumping Jacks,
- Side Lunges,
- Side Crunches,
- Kettlebell Two-hand Swings,
- Swiss Ball Supermen,
- Offset Push-Ups,
- 8-Count Bodybuilders,
- Walking Lunges,
